Is your income at or below 400% of the federal povery guidelines? If yes, you may be eligible for an additional $200 per unit.
1. Rebate application must be accompanied by proof of purchase including a copy of the dated sales receipt with model number.
2. Products must be new and must be AHRI certified.
3. Rebate application must be submitted within 90 days from purchase date and postmarked by July 15, 2023.
4. Details such as rebate amounts and eligible appliances are subject to change at any time.
5. The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price of the appliance.

1. Rebates will be issued in the form of paper checks.
2. If you are applying for more than one product type, you may receive a check for each type, if all requirements are met. Checks will be mailed to customers within 45 days of the postmark date on your qualified mailed-in application or 45 days from the date of the online submission. If your application is incomplete or incorrect this time will be extended. 3. You must be a Atlantic City Electric residential customer.
4. This program is subject to program funding availability.
5. The residential rebate program opened July 1, 2021 and ends June 30, 2023 or earlier if program funding is depleted.
6. By participating in Atlantic City Electric’s energy efficiency and peak demand reduction programs, customers agree their electric utility will maintain ownership of all Capacity Rights from electric savings measures, which refers to the demand reduction associated with any energy efficiency or peak demand reduction measures for which incentives were provided by the Company
7. Atlantic City Electric reserves the right to deny a rebate due to an incomplete application or program funding depletion.
8. You may be required to grant a Atlantic City Electric representative site access to verify the installation of the equipment. If you refuse to provide access, Atlantic City Electric has no obligation to provide you a rebate. If your equipment is selected for verification, rebate processing time may be extended.
9. Atlantic City Electric is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage- due applications.
10.Atlantic City Electric does not endorse any specific manufacturers, dealers or contractors.
11.Atlantic City Electric provides no warranty for the installed equipment and/or product.
12.By participating in this program, you agree Atlantic City Electric has no liability concerning the quality, safety and/or installation of the measure.

14.Your rights to this rebate cannot be assigned or transferred.
15.Excessive submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342).
16.All submitted materials become property of Atlantic City Electric and will not be returned.
